Hotel Assenzio

Pros: the service was super. We had breakfast and the waiters kept it clean and tidy after every finished meal. The receptionists where also very polite, though some of them was a bit ignorant. Cons: the rooms really needs a lift. The aircondition didn't work, the walls are [[[papperthin]]](

This hotel is very nice with a perfect location. However, because it is in the city centre, one can really hear street traffic. The staff was amazing, from the reception, breakfast all the way to the cleaning service. For example, our daughter took her stuffed animals with us to hotel and she would "let them sleep in the bed" during the day. The household staff would clean the room every day, including beds, however my daughter's toys were always left "sleeping", knowing that this is important for my daughter. That was really nice. I never expected such a care for the guests. Thank you so much. We had a great time in Prague nd hotel staff played a great role in this.

Hotel was lovely.All the staff were so helpful bar one gentleman on the evening of the 17th who was extremely rude to my wife.I didn’t catch his name ,but he brings down the image of a beautiful hotel.

Personal was kind and helpful, but thats it! I found glasses behind the bidet??? WTF??? I was missing to many small things. In the bath room was missing bathroom fan (mould), only one soap for two, missing small packege with stuff... Room was dark and small. TV didnt work properly. Missing kettle - It is not 4stars hotel! Breakfast - less choices...
