There is plans for an extensive remodel of the park. The initial change adding more pedestrian crossings made is a lot better already. If the next step is to clean some of the less well to do individuals that tend to sleep/drink/do other things there I think it be a nice place even later in the day and early in the morning. For now though I would suggest not bothering with early morning or late night strolls through the park unless you are looking to spend some time among the homeless/drug addicts and drunks that tend to gather there as soon as it's dark out.

Prague is definifely the city to visit in Europe. So beautiful, so many things to see, so many places to go to. The architecture, streets, parks, bridges and everything about the city are amazing. I would recommend to anybody to visit Prague and Karlovo námestí 🙏🏼 you will not be disappointed, the city is rich on everything. Great places for a walk, shopping, sightseeing, food and drinks! It's my favourite place from the cities I have visited in Europe!
