We are a Swedish couple who would buy an apartment in Prague. Since we did not know the laws and regulations of the Czech Republic, we asked our bank if they could help, they recommended that we contacted Alisen. We signed a contract with Alisen and had a fixed price for the entire process. They have helped and supported us throughout the process, reviewing documents, been at meetings and helped with the authorities. Their help made sure we felt safe with the purchase of our apartment. Perfect and quick help when buying a property! Mrs. Wenigrová is very nice and mostly well-educated and experienced in law and knows about developments in this area. Access is very good, Mrs. Wenigrová and her colleagues always responded to my call and gave advice not only for legal but also technical issues. I would recommend everyone to go to Alisen longer before seeking property. Alisen explains how to search the property of a technical and legal point of view, how and when to pay a booking fee and so on.

Hello, I approached Alisen because I wanted to buy a house. I can recommend this service to everyone. Everything took place almost immediately upon request. From the examination of the technical and legal condition of the property to the elaboration of the purchase contract. I only paid a fraction of the price that a real estate agency would otherwise charge as a commission. Alisen provides unique property purchase services. It provides an individual and comprehensive approach to the purchase of real estate and fully represents the client such as negotiating a discount, elaborating detailed technical documentation, legal support, dealing with banks, real estate agents, cadastre, etc., etc ... And all in one price, no additional charges. I have to say that after poor experience with third parties, I cannot imagine a new property purchase without them. After my positive experience, a few of my friends have turned to Alisen and others will soon contact her.
