I needed new running shoes and wanted to support a local business, so I went here. When I told the seller my size (37) he laughed and said "child foot." He pulled out the ugliest pair of asics from 3 seasons ago that were definitely too big. He wanted too much for some seriously old shoes and kept telling me it was a good price. He scoffed repeatedly and my "child foot", so I left and ended up buying online. Quintessential Czech customer service.

If you want to claim shoes, do not even try. Mr Kočárník did not comply with the deadline of 30 days and his reply was that it was not his duty to contact the consumer within 30 days. He acted arrogantly and the complaint would be settled in court. Otherwise, he advised me shoes two numbers larger than my leg, with enough space needed. The shoes were pulled out so that the inner mesh on the heel had worn through within three months.
