Absolutely horrible company, I recommend everyone to avoid them by arc! I bought a chair here for 50,000 CZK, however, I discovered a defect in it. So I complained about him and waited for settlement. When there was no news for more than a month, I contacted them to find out what had happened. Mrs. S. Lencová replied to me that their supplier allegedly rejected the complaint. I asked why. Supposedly because there was no normal use. I don't understand what that meant, because I was just sitting at a computer in a chair and working. This stopped all communication with the store, now no one has called me for over a month, I have neither money nor a chair. They just robbed me vulgarly. So be careful and avoid these crooks with a big arc. If more of us are robbed, I'll be happy for you to contact me.
