I was looking forward to my manicure and pedicure appointment. This is the pedicure I got. They offered to fix it when I expressed how I felt about the quality of their work, but at this point I chose to just leave. They also overcharged me for the manicure compared to the price they list on the website. Very little choice of shellac nail polish colors. Also they remove the cuticles by filing them away with a big grain nail file directly off the dry skin in your hands (!!!). The results are just as dubious as you can imagine it. Edit: You say I was an hour late, this is not true. I have asked to move my appointment an hour earlier a week prior my visit, which I have a written confirmation of (see photo). I came 15 min early, and you started on my nail right away because you said you have forgotten I had my appointment moved! In the meantime your hairdresser returned from vacation and offered me an appointment I was requiring about an hour after I was supposed to come. As a new customer at your establishment I thought that as an owner and manager of the salon you would know how long procedures take in your salon and book customers in accordingly.

I loved this place! Both women and men can take full advantage of their spa services. They have everything from nails to a suntan booth at affordable prices. If you're waiting for someone to get their massage or eyelashes done, there's never a dull moment. You'll be offered drinks and munchies while you wait. The staff and other customers were friendly and patient while I attempted to speak Czech... I even learned a few new words! :-) All in all, if you're ever in Prague and need some spa treatment, stop by this gem.

Despite the order, I waited 45 minutes on the spot. Subsequent manicures and gel varnish were hastened. Gel varnish slightly hardened, the result is totally bumpy (there is an obsolete UV lamp in the salon, not an LED lamp). He started bathing until the second morning (manicure at 7 pm, photo at 10 am the next day). The next day I came for a repair - the gel varnish was removed, instead I got a "translucent hardening gel varnish that lasts a month" - it also peeled off the next day. I was not charged "repair" and on request I got back 200 of the flood 600 CZK per gel varnish. Even after 3 weeks, my nails were completely destroyed by the way the gel varnish was removed by sawing, and it cost me 400 CZK and 2.5 hours of time. Definitely not recommended. ADJUSTMENT in response to the salon's answer: I know that I waited 45 minutes exactly according to the conversations on my phone, I was ordered at 17.45 and you picked me up at 18.30. I was waiting because the manicurist was correcting the manicure of the girl in front of me, so my problem will probably not be unique. It wasn't my first manicure - I put my hands in the lamp with absolute caution and kept them there for exactly as long as I was instructed by the manicurist - so maybe there's a problem - since we started 45 minutes later, the manicurist was in a hurry. The body shellac repair held tight after the work was completed, but the next day it cracked and fell off. As for the payment, I provided the information exactly according to the facts in my flood contribution - I was refunded 200 CZK from the flood payment of 600 CZK per shellac. I don't know where you live if you expect me to pay extra for repairing a sloppy robot or for destroying nails by getting them drunk on me - besides, the repair is listed on your site as a free service and this has been confirmed to me orally. My flood post was absolutely in line with reality and without emotional coloration, but given your reaction, I would like to add that I have not yet experienced a manicurist in the middle of painting my nail, stop and deal with phone calls and text messages. I wish you good luck with your business and wish your customers to give their money and time to small businesses that deserve it with the quality of work and services - in my experience, it is definitely not yours.
