Shopkeeper was extremely rude. Would recommend avoiding this shop.
Bad experience, bad people, avoid at all costs. Rented an apartment, was served notice to clean the apartment or vacate within 5 days. All this when cleaning involved for just few hours and in the middle of my daughters exams. Arrogant , irresponsible and aggressive people, avoid avoid avoid.
The worst store for stacking goods has ordered 12 pallets and they have nowhere to put them in awe, and I've been waiting here for 1.5 hours.
The purchase through the e-shop was absolutely fine and delivery took place within 2 days. Unfortunately, when I opened the cashew nuts, I found that they were rancid. We immediately informed the complaints department and thanks to Veronika Šumová we solved the complaint in 2 days. The lady was very nice and helpful !!
Thank you very much again for your cooperation and I definitely recommend the store.
Nuts good, but they made a few mistakes that we lost a lot (sweetened pineapple instead of natural pineapple, sweetened papaya, etc ....), they added a lot of work and despite the promises that the mistakes will be corrected, I waited for more to return at least part of the money than half a year for repeated emergencies. One would probably have to check the entire order immediately upon receipt and make the complaint immediately, which is almost impossible with large orders, which we had.
