Café Coffee Day - Fragile

Horrible! Absolutely horrible establishment, service and attitude! Please save yourselves the trouble, the bar man refused to make a drink the way I asked, the waitress named "Finz S" slammed the menu down infront of me and got our order wrong TWICE. Left absolutely frustrated and disappointed.

This is one of the last places still poisoning the air of the shopping center with cigarette smoke. The doors are wide open toward the shopping center. Guys, is it really responsible to do this to your own staff, pregnant ladies, and generally unsuspecting people who go to shop - just because you falsely believe you will get a few more customers? You could have had a full house yesterday, but you were scaring customers away with the smoke.
