Repeatedly excellent experience with the entire team, including the receiving technician and senior mechanic, who consulted with me on the possibility of repairing the adaptive chassis for the Audi A6. Today only regular service, but again an excellent agreement and fast work. I warmly recommend.

Disadvantages: - failure to make the repairs specified in the order form - dispute of the existence of defects when taking over the "repaired" car - renting a dirty spare car, which they wanted to return clean - claimed that we returned the spare car damaged, which was refuted only with the existing photo documentation taken by us - we drove a quarter of the tank, someone obviously drove the car like cattle during the service, consumption increased from 6l / 100 to 13l / 100 - the car was cleaned with my private cleaning products, which were originally stored in storage spaces and were subsequently thrown variously inside the car - total arrogance and reluctance (except for a single car mechanic) I do not recommend.

Great approach. Problem solved on the spot, although I arrived without an order.

Service within an insured event. Quick solution of the order, pleasant performance of the entire service team. I highly recommend 🙂

TOP service, quality and communication, I RECOMMEND! I arrived by car from England and on the way to Prague on the D1 (as usual and where else) I had a minor accident with a mirror. My insurance company recommended having your car repaired by Autoservise Hoffmann as part of accident insurance. I needed to have the car repaired as soon as possible so that I could go back to the UK and not get stuck in the Czech Republic in case the borders were closed due to the covid. The team did a great job, they took care of fast communication with the insurance company and I had the car back in a week! Especially thanks to Denise Horaková, who was in contact with me on a daily basis and arranged the coordination of the order, repair and urged the cover letter from the insurance company. 100% reliability!
