The doctor is great. But I have bad experiences with my nurse. I called the surgery last week saying my ankle was sprained. So I called not to hinder the surgery. The nurse told me to come only when it didn't get better. When I asked how long it would take me to know if it didn't get better. So she told me it was individual. The next day I went to Motol and there they scolded why I didn't come right after the accident. A week later, I called the surgery to need to write sickness, that I had been home with my ankle for a week. The nurse replied "and you know you're not calling in the office hours". I thought medical staff was there to help people.
