I had similar negative experiences as those who wrote before me. That's right, they all made excuses, denied each other, and disproportionately barred services. At the time when EET was set up, I had not experienced anything worse until then, and I had cash registers from this company 10 years before (but only with positive experience). I don't think the company did it. At a time when owners were changing and communication problems were again, the only person who picked up the phones at any time was Mr. Jew. And now he is trying again, to give Awis a good name, with its professional approach. I RECOMMEND again! Balcárková Romana.

I had a problem exchanging the certificate at the cash register - everything was handled quickly and willingly via e-mail and telephone. I recommend HotPC and thank you once again for Mrs. Židová for her help.

Strongly discouraged !!!! Nothing works, nobody can manage it, and unless you have a service contract, or it will not mess ... AVOID the arc .... I ATTENTION TO HOTPC S.R.O. Works closely !!!!!!!!!!!!
