Small but very dense gym. There is really a lot of equipment and a few roos with for different training purposes. Pure CrossFit gyms without machine. Just barbells and dumbells :)

I am visiting for inBody. If you have multisport and/or sodexo card, its win-win for you, beacuse both of them can be used (even altogether)

If you are waiting for a modern gym where you will chase your ego in front of the mirrors on the latest machines that train for you, go elsewhere or you will suffer considerable disappointment. Here they do not train to heal the ego or bloated muscles, but systematically and functionally so that in a hundred years we go to the grave without pain and limitations.

Great place for functional training. Rear gels in heat pumps.
