I started attending the studio for pregnant women and my lecturers a few years ago, as an original Studio for Women. I attended a pregnancy course where I received support, useful information as an upcoming firstborn, and took what was important to me. I liked the fact that it is not just a theory but also practical demonstrations. He approached me with the attitude of teachers who are kind, helpful and responsive, advised and worried. After the birth of my son, we also attended exercises from his 3 months to 2.5 years, and although he is older, he often recalls the exercises with Hanka. When the daughter grows up, we would like to return to the familiar faces of the Studio for Pregnant Women.
