Got the full package as birthday gift for 800 ck reserved through Slevomat. First time I went there the barber was not there but texted me which I did not notice. So we made another appointment. I went there again and she didn't even show up, I was standing behind closed doors and she didn't even bother to show up! Or let something know!! When I contacted her she came with some weak excuse, but she could have let me know something! I wanted my money back as it was unprofessional, and I did not get a haircut and she told me that she would make the money back to my back account, but two weeks later the money is still not there. Když jsem ji kontaktoval, přišla s nějakou slabou výmluvou, ale mohla mi něco říct! Chtěl jsem své peníze zpět, protože to bylo neprofesionální, a nenechal jsem se ostříhat a ona mi řekla, že peníze přinese zpět na můj zadní účet, ale ani o dva týdny tam peníze stále nejsou. Neprofesionální, špatná komunikace a nevracení peněz za poskytnuté služby.

The place is cool. Martina was detailed-oriented and meticulous. She was explaining what she was doing and asking me if I liked all the time. I will come back for sure!

Lovely servis, talkative hairdresser, she is very friendly and accepts if u correct something mid-action, rly good at her craft and precise

I'm looking forward to the studio opening again. Petra is a very clever and nice father.
