The experience with this insurance company is absolutely catastrophic, when negotiating the policy all the documents that have been mysteriously lost and, of course, no longer payable, are sent. So it seems to us as if they announce a competition - Who drowns the paper wins. Aegon certainly do not recommend to anyone. You will not be reimbursed for anything, even the doctors' papers they ask for. We were looking for everything twice and absolutely useless. They have a mess there and don't pay.

Difficult orientation and no information.

I have been a client of Aegon for about 7 years. After I 13.10. sent notice, I received a letter today where Aegon records debt on my contract. Not only did they not terminate the contract, but they even wanted extra money from me. They argue that they have sent a letter (not recommended) asking for a verified signature on the contract. This behavior is unreliable and I see it only as a delaying tactic to pay the surrender as soon as possible. (now want to get 3 months to the good, ie about 3,000 CZK). Martina Sablikova I keep my fingers crossed, but whenever I see Aegon on her chest, I remember my experience. Certainly I can not recommend and certainly do not recommend to my friends and friends.

Absolutely not recommended! As long as you pay the insurance premium, everything is OK, they did not respond after sending the notice. Afterwards, they sent a reminder for a debt of approximately CZK 3,000. Poor, as the gentleman wrote here, they stretch their time and deprive you of more money under the auspices of an insurance policy that you are no longer interested in. Never more! Yuck! Absolutely incorrect behavior!
