Unfortunately, I give one star, but only because none can be given. 21.8. we had a traffic accident caused by the ČPP policyholder, therefore he is to be covered by his compulsory liability. Today is 20.9. and I still don't know any other important information about what will happen to the car. In addition, I am a Slovak citizen and the car is also Slovak, so after a month I would like to go home, which is not possible because the car is immovable. My car was towed by a towing service to the guarded parking lot, which was closest to the scene of the accident so that the technician could inspect it. After the inspection, I urged to tow the car from the guarded parking lot so that the parking fee would not be unnecessarily expensive, but I was told by the liquidator of ČPP that they had three months to do so by law. So I decided to tow the car away at my own expense. The owner of the car park and tow truck informed me that he would not give me the car unless the parking fee and towing were properly paid. I contacted the liquidator once more and he issued a cover letter to pay for the towing and parking fee. They eventually brought me the car, but the day after I received an e-mail that they could not pay the entire parking fee, because it is very expensive and they wanted to pay me a supplement of around CZK 3,000! Another thing that irritated me immediately after the accident was the total impossibility of renting a replacement car, to which the damage is entitled. At the contracted car rental company ČPP, they lied to us on the phone that we would have a car, and just before picking up the replacement car, no one answered the phones. The sum is a month after the accident and I have no car, no money, no information. I called the infoline at least 4 times, where they promised to answer my questions, but unfortunately. The liquidator went on holiday, which, according to one infoline operator, he did not even report and the new liquidator was not assigned to the case.

They work well and quickly. I was satisfied.
