VZP ČR - Praha 5

One of the better VZP offices if you want to avoid the long lines. The office ladies tend to be much friendlier and helpful, compared to the other VZP places I've been to. Also very much recommended to non-Czech speakers.

The worst insurance company I had ever use, and I move a lot. They are not even able to correct wrong telephone number in their system, so I called and called and dictated it 4 times now ! And still, they are calling my husband's number..

Very nice and helpful employees, small to medium queue and waiting time between 5 to 20 minutes.

Staff are nice, although not sure if they have any English speakers
