Compared to competing goldsmiths, where we bought wedding rings, they have reluctant and unpleasant staff at this branch, who, moreover, have inadequately "advised" about reducing the wedding ring. In the approach of customer support, according to whose answer the client is basically marked as a fool, the company should definitely work a little.

Absolutely appalling. We had our timepieces shortened. When adjusting the watchmaker damaged the strap. They didn't make a mistake, they didn't apologize! and they paid 150 crowns for it. Dreadful dealing with the customer. (after returning home I took another piece of strap and with pliers and paper clip I managed it in two minutes and even without damaging the wood .....)
