Absolutely impolite, rude and unhelpful old ladies at the zivnostensky urad (2 floor). They bark at you "what do you need?" before you have even set a foot near their desk and they cut you off while you're talking with orders such as "documents!" "yes and until when?" "moment (as in don't talk), I'm doing something!"". Humanity -and the country will honour itself when such behaviour have been rendered unacceptable in human interactions! And nevermind the generation gap and supposedly communist habits these ladies might have kept. Behaving like that to other human beings should not be accounted for nor accepted.

Mrs. E.K. at the trade license office - I have not yet met such a reluctant, hateful and unhelpful person as this one. In addition, at the time of the pandemic, she did not even have enough consideration to put on a veil when dealing with me. Maybe so I wouldn't miss her annoyed and disgusted expressions.

They still don't have time, the people who work there are at lunch are terribly uncomfortable
