I noticed that every time I come here, the ladies are very welcoming and nice. They advise how to use the meds and answer all your questions. It’s very nice. I like this branch.

I was assisted by very kind and very professional pharmacist Mgr. Anastacia Hetman today (hope I have the name right). Compared to other Dr. Max staff I usually meet, she gave me a lot of advices about products and ways to prevent some issues (not just to sell Dr Max's products). Very professional attitude, thank you very much.

I think there are 2 stores inside the mall. My review is for the one further back (close to M&S). The male staff who was there at night was very friendly and spoke perfect English. He was able to advise me on appropriate lozenges for my cough and was very very courteous throughout the entire encounter. I would definitely make this my regular pharmacy since it's also conveniently located.

Pharmacy is open on the weekends and the line was pretty short. I was looking for some allergy eye drops that are over-the-counter at home but apparently need a prescription here. But the lady behind the counter was really helpful and had good enough English to help me find a Czech OTC substitute. Looked it up when I got home and it's the generic equivalent to a prescription brand at home and is working perfectly. Highly recommend!
