I have ordered a dinner today and receive Big Tasty in a small bun (seems from Big Mak). Also coca-cola almost did not contain sirop, just sparkling water. I am very disappointed. The problem is that i took order away and noticed issue only at home. Cislo uctenky: 2020102707601-00110

Very unfriendly staff at the cash desk. On purpose ignoring English speaking customers.

Male staff complained loudly (we sat at the front) about orders and customers for 20 minutes, saying that he will wait for them and beat them. I understand the frustration, butthere is no need to scream it at top of his lungs. Staff (except for one guy) is disinterested, forgetting to give sugar, sauces. Most of the time, the place is unclean, tables and seats covered in crumbs. Also, it states they close at 2230, staff said 2200.
