In my neuromuscular disease, it is important to strain the body only to a certain extent to avoid further damage. Training with Andrea is conducted more physiotherapeutically. During training we focus mainly on the deep stabilization system, the development of stability and muscle imbalance. Individual lessons are conducted with a variety of exercises, with an overall targeted focus. I always leave with a feeling of more secure walking and stability :-). Here is also important the right diet program in which Andrea also helps me. I am still loyal client :-)

If you're not sure whether you're exercising properly and you care about your muscles and your health, Andrea is the right choice. Trainings are really tailored, none are the same. After a few lessons, you will get used to the fact that 5 reps actually means 10 and you are really fine. The lessons take place in a pleasant atmosphere where there is enough space for stretching the muscles before and after training. As an asthmatic, I also appreciate the individual approach of the coach. With her you feel that no obstacle is too big. :)

I've been training with Andy for almost a year and I have to say he's a pro! It makes sure that the strengthening is even and without long-term health problems. Comprehensive workouts, cardio, strength training and crossfit is no problem for her (I tried all of them :)). In addition, he very well understands rehabilitation (muscle movement, massage) and stretching, breathing exercises and correct posture, also advise on diet and possible supplements.

If you are not enough to exercise at home or if you are not sure whether you are doing the exercises correctly, I recommend discussing the technique with a professional trainer, which is undoubtedly Andrea. After more than six months of training, I feel fit, although the beginnings were paradoxically easier through greater burden than now. It is surprising that after a long training session you can tighten more than at the beginning. Andree Andree motivation is not alien and will push you only where you want and what you dare :-)
