Traveling with the assigned guide was appalling, In the city (in my case London) she absolutely did not know us and performed us with Google map style and by asking around and we went back and forth we did not know where to go. Her interpretation was bad, lengthy (for example, when I go to England, I really don't care about wiping my butt in India) or we almost met the queen so many times, I think I don't count. I personally think that we almost hand her. Or her conspiracy theory (eg, Arabs are killing their daughters and then stealing women on the beach). On the other hand, the assigned family was amazing and the drivers drove well. But in spite of this, it is impossible to overlook the wrong guide, who surpasses everything. 1/5

I am very dissatisfied with the guide that this dedicated company has supplied us. There was no point in listening to the guide after a couple of incorrect information. For a guide, I would expect a professional orientation in the city (in the London case), but fortunately, we helped Google map to the designated location. Next, the da guide will give you your number, which is for the information you need, but if you call her phone number, you will just be ignored. She hadn't even planned it in advance, so it was clear to see the improvisation nobody appreciated. On the contrary, the drivers slept what they had and there was no problem with them. Traveling with an assigned guide was an absolute clown. She was pulling us all over London all day, just to find out she didn't show us anything. She went back and forth because she didn't know where to go. Thanks to that we went 30km more than we had. Of course, the top of the road was that we almost saw the queen, which we can all boast of according to our guide. The only positive thing was that the speakers on the bus were set up so that I would overwhelm the unnecessary talk of their personal experiences with music. 0/5

Edit - at CK Hello Tour I was really pleased that, unlike most other CK during the pandemic, she did not force anyone's vouchers, but immediately returned all the money to us. We did not expect that, a wonderful approach and seriousness! A successful trip to the Eagle's Nest. The day was busy, there was not much time, but a lot of experiences and organization without mistakes. The lady in the office was also very nice.
