If I could, I would give 0 ✨. A complete disaster. The staff is annoying, we rather harassed him with our visit. I also understood the workshop from the web and overheard as a café, but I was not even offered water to paint the mug at 30 ° C, I was refused after a request for a drink and I had to go to a side shop. The lady described the procedure in annoyance to us and also tried to ruin our day as much as possible with her behavior - she succeeded. The finished products are blurred, lined with black loops, with abrasions on the glaze (ceramic base can be seen) and overall the glaze / paint is destroyed. The products look significantly worse than when we handed over the products. Never again, there will definitely be another similar (but better!) Business or different hobby.

In the past, I have bought beautiful ceramic pieces here several times. Before Christmas, I decided to make ceramic gifts for my grandmothers and I really enjoyed my daughter and I. The ladies in the workshop were very nice and explained everything to us. We'll be happy to come back here.

I was very surprised to read the reviews. My personal experience is very good, I painted in the workshop own mug. The lady was very nice, she explained everything and even arranged a faster mug to make it to my husband for my birthday. Certainly, I will come a few more times and I already have ideas for Christmas gifts 😊 Price also nice surprised-for a large cup of 500 ml you leave only 350 CZK, which is very nice)
