Went there for a performance issue. Got a bill of 9.186 CZK for a diagnostic and a TPS sensor replacement. They never found the real problem which was a critically low level of cooling liquid. Also, they scratched the plastic fairing of my Triumph. Go anywhere else if you don't wanna get scammed!

One of the worst experiences of customer support. I asked a friend that she speaks Czech to call and to ask for a service appointment. The guy from the store was rude and yelling why a girl is calling for that when she doesnt understand much of motorcycles. When I called back and I asked them if they speak English they just hung up without any explanations. I called 2nd time and they did exactly the same thing. This was just a disgusting "customer un-support " experience.
