I have nothing to complain about, the order was ready the next day. Based on previous reviews, I also checked my expiration and everything is fine. I found out on the spot that it was not possible to pay by card, so I just went to choose nearby and the lady waited for me a few minutes after opening hours (which is not a matter of course).

On February 9, the order was sent and paid immediately, unfortunately even after the email, I have not yet received a response and not the goods at all! I'm really disappointed and I don't recommend the store!

Disaster, no communication and paid order, no one is calling me or trading at the given address

Unfortunately, also a negative experience. I had my order paid for about 14 days and the e-shop did not communicate. I had to be reminded to send me the order.

Ordered food 18.11., Today is 25.11. and shipment nowhere. If I just waited for this shipment, the dog would starve to death. Absolute dissatisfaction.
