Café Collection

Appalling service. I asked for a non-alcoholic pina colada (as per the menu) and was sharply told, "No. This is no alcohol!" I did not understand why I could not order something from the non-alcoholic section of the menu, so I said, "Yes. Why can't I have this?" Again I was snapped at, "No. No alcohol! No. No juice." At last I understood her that they don't currently have the right ingredients. So I turned to the next part of the menu and asked for an ice cream shake. Again, she told me sharply, "No! Not summer!" Because I'm apparently not allowed to order items from the menu unless it is the right season, despite it not being a seasonal menu. So in the end I asked for a coke. She tilted her head at me and said, "What? No hot wine?" Seriously? This woman should be fired and I told her I shall not be returning. For a cafe that's apparently just opened (this was at OC Stromovka last night), I'm astounded they couldn't care less about their customers. I am frankly appalled and disgusted at the behaviour and attitude of the staff. Me and my friend were the only customers there so it wasn't like she was busy or stressed for good reason. If something's on the menu, I should be able to order it. If the cafe cannot provide what is on the menu, the least the staff could do is explain nicely and make an apology. What I do not expect is to be told off - several times, I might add - for trying to order something from the menu provided.

Very nice

Unfortunately, every week whenever we come to a different staff, sometimes reluctance and almost nothing to choose from, other times very helpful staff who will recommend even more what you will not find on the ticket, it's just about people. What annoys me the most is that it is nowhere to evaluate the staff of the day, because the employer will not know who I want to praise. On the other hand, people talk about it and then choose. I hope the nozzle remains an employee.

Very pleasant environment, excellent coffee and helpful staff. This is how I imagine a café on a level. We will be happy to visit again soon.

Bad ... I know I'll never go back there. Beverage card in the form of salad, cappuccino with a temperature of over 80 ° C and completely without foam, waitresses in mismatched shoes, with chewing gum and loose hair, purchased thawed desserts ... I'm sorry because the environment is nice, clean there etc. ...
