Everything was very smooth and professional. Had to book a visit cca 10 days before as it's very hot season for wheels exchange. Everything took around 30 min and I could enjoy free coffee in the meantime. Whole customer approach was very friendly, which is not necessarily a common thing in garages over here. Changing all wheels coat me around 800kc, which I think is fair. Recommend!

I came to Euromaster with a leaky aircon at my weekend convertible. They diagnosed punctured aircon radiator. So we ordered a new aircon radiator. While replacing it they damaged the main radiator and I had to pay for it as well. Finally I went to collect my car and the battery was empty so they couldn't start the car (never happened before or after to me). Winter passed and I didn't use the car. Next spring the aircon didn't work again. It was low priority for me so I used the car without it. This year I told myself to sort it out and I let the aircon refill again. Maybe they didn't put enough coolant. The refill was gone in 1.5 months. I went to my trusty service where they found out that the replaced aircon radiator is leaking from connections on both sides and it is completely a botched job. Maybe they're fine for swapping tires, but I wouldn't let them do anything more complex.

I think the company is good but my experience with them was really bad. I got there after emailing them that I want to change and leave my tires for the winter season, I even replaced them just to have them ready for hotel. When I got there I explained that no service needed, just to take the tires and that's it. Someone from service came to take the car and I tried to explain that no service needed and then he got angry and slammed the car door saying: "This is Czech Republic!" and left. I was really? Is it my problem that Czech Republic needs good engineers? I was asked to come to work here to help Czech Republic develop amazing software, and this attitude is not ok. For me this is the last time I come to this company. Not happy at all!

They are hiding a price until far end because it’s not cheap at all. I went to 2 min far tire service a guess what? 835/500 CZK difference and no wait list or even waiting. Just like that 300+ in a pocket

I've been coming here for years and it's great. Order on time, book online via a simple form. Before the wheels roll, they make coffee or tea. Even in the time of covid, they work 100% and smile at customers under the guise :)
