Your site is very confusing and confusing for a person who may be stressed by the situation and needs clear information about the problem immediately, unfortunately they find it there for a very long time. I tried to call you 3 times, but without success. Note that I called after 9:00. I left a redial message on the web, but no one answered me after an hour, so I called again. After picking up the phone, I asked the lady if you could do everything for me, she clearly informed me briefly that without the number of the insurance event, she would not solve anything with me. Then I don't understand why you state on the web that you will solve everything on behalf of the client? So I reported everything to the insurance company and called you again. The lady wrote it down to me after handing over the number of the insured event, in the end she offered me a wiper for exchange for a surcharge, unfortunately she knew nothing more than that it was a Bosch brand. This is relatively little information on the product you want to sell. The agreement and replacement of the glass went smoothly, I communicated directly with the workshop employee. Another problem occurred when, 17 days after the glass was replaced, my insurance company did not have any documents. After calling your line, the lady told me that unfortunately Covid. Personally, I don't think the problem is in the Covid epidemic, but in your employees, who do not approach work responsibly and reliably. If I didn't urge me to send the material myself, God knows when it would happen on your part. Overall, I am dissatisfied with your services and in case of further necessity with the replacement of the windshield or in the area of ​​other services that you offer, I would definitely not choose you or recommend it to a friend.

I was received by a friendly gentleman, who took the vehicle from me, took the necessary documents and made sure again that I agreed to repair the windshield and replace the wipers. We agreed at what time I could pick up the vehicle. At the agreed time, the vehicle was actually delivered and ready. The Lord explained to me how the repair took place and how I should handle the vehicle for the next 2 days to avoid damaging the glued joints. Everything was fast, without a single problem. They also pasted the highway sign. If you experience an inconvenience with the windshield (actually with any window), I can definitely recommend Carglass. For me 5/5 *
