I used this company last year to service my 2009 Audi A4. As I drove off the premises I decided to check the level of the oil using the onboard computer. The oil was only halfway so I called them and they kindly asked me to return so they can top it up to max. That was great. This year I decided to contact them for a quote for a timing belt change in my 2010 Jaguar XF 3.0 diesel. I was quoted 80,000 czk without they even asking for details about the car (year of manufacture etc). So I decided to follow up with an email to confirm what the quote covered and mentioned to them their price was 40,000czk higher than what the Jaguar dealership had quoted me. They refused to mention whether theirs covered a bit more than the main dealer. I suspect it was their way of telling me they didn't want to work on my car. Next time I would like to see a bit more interest in the car specification before quoting such an unrealistic price.

Very nice service for multiple car brands. At this moment they offered the best and cheap service for my car. The tram number 22 stop just in front of their office in Strážnice, very comfortable. I highly recommend them for your problems.

I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this car service. I do not understand the positive reviews here, on the contrary, the negative ones accurately describe my problem. I used the service randomly because it was close to my car, which stopped starting. I pulled the car into service, saying that the starter was spinning, but the car would not start. They promised to speak that day or another. They didn't call that day, neither did the other, I had to call. To my surprise, they immediately told me that the car was repaired and that I should prepare CZK 7,100. No call in advance to agree on repairs and prices, as is common in a normal car service. At this price, they bled my fuel system and repaired the engine cooling pipe (flowed). I repeat, they charged CZK 7,100 for this activity without prior agreement. They also charged me for injection diagnostics for CZK 1,860, which I didn't even want. When I asked why the fuel road was aerated, they just shrugged and couldn't tell me why. In return, they offered me to apply a repair set of injections for approx. 10,000 without the need (injections were within tolerance). Incredible audacity. Of course, I was forced to pay for the repair to get the car keys, but I continued to deal with everything with the company's CEO, Mr. Nespor. I described my problem in an e-mail and expected him to approach him. Unfortunately, he did not respond after the first e-mail and did not respond to my about five messages. That shows a lot. Avoid this service and use another one, everything will be better than this one. This is a complete disaster!

In my experience, I do not recommend this service for me. They try to earn as much as possible from repairs, not for the benefit of people and repaired cars quickly, efficiently and profitably. Especially to dig as much as possible. I came to the service with a clear problem that the car did not tow at high speed. I did my own obd diagnostics at home, where I found unclear codes. I wanted to diagnose them. I expected that, unlike it would be professional and accurate. Nothing more, nothing less. Before he saw the car, they were immediately clear that it was injection and a pump, and they still insisted that I leave the car there, for about a week. That they would disassemble it, take out the injection, and examine it. The price is about 50,000 CZK, their estimate of what I added up the prices for the actions they said .... Despite their insistence and persuasion, I only forced a diagnosis and that I would then decide. They took the car around the corner and after a quarter of an hour they told me that both of their diagnostics had found nothing. And again, they insisted that I leave the car there. I paid 1000 CZK for absolutely nothing, for clean two diagnostic papers, which he still checked to see if I had taken. Like I have little clean papers at home :-) The next day I went to a small ordinary service on the recommendation of a friend, where they connected it and read 3 errors for diagnosis. They poured some cleaner into my tank, let me go, and I'll be back the next day and the fuel filter will be replaced. The car drove very cool that new day that day. The next day they changed the filter and the car drives as before. Price less than 1600 CZK :) Well, quite a difference, right? Instead of CZK 50,000 and their security without any inspection of the car and diagnostics, that they will distribute the injection and the pump for a week and that they will also slowly change the wipers for me, just to earn as much as possible. Never...
