Too bad the lady can't smile and be nice. I confused opening hours and business. Where does such reluctance, disrespect and bitterness come from? ..... yes, this is really your store. I went to Zásilkovna and confused your store with the "Green Health" store. But the lady with you was very unpleasant. So the star is in the store for the lady! Good luck smile!

TOTAL RATE OF IGNORANITY - AVOID FROM A FAR The first order for goods would like to be in stock 21.10. after a few emergencies, both mail and phone, always just an excuse that something is not in stock, fortunately they did not have money sent in advance, which I acknowledge and give for good. Next order 4.11. both without a single hint of communication from the e-shop, then 20.11. send a request for payment to the younger of the orders, without a single word of explanation, or a hint of apology. I can't rate otherwise. I canceled the order. Personal experience - AVOID THIS OBHCOD ARC.

The store is very well stocked, if the goods are not in stock at the moment, the owner will order them as soon as possible. I have many years of experience with this store and I am satisfied. It is also gratifying that the range on offer is constantly expanding. In addition, the e-shop contains detailed information for each product, which I consider to be very useful information for us customers. 🌸

I ordered from the e-shop, 14 days even after repeated urging by phone and e-mail, I did not receive payment details when they arrived, they wrote to me that they were sending them to me a second time, which is not true. When they received the money on Monday, they didn't even bother to ship the goods that day, even though it was ready for shipment.
