We have paid for the XBox X series and still haven't reached us. According to the statement, there are people in front of us who ordered earlier. That's about sending one XBox a day, right? I would like to know the real truth, because 13.499, - is not exactly a small amount and waiting a few weeks, even if it is paid, is not exactly the best way to keep customers.

They refused to take back (after 2 days of purchase) unpacked goods purchased in their e-shop. That's not a nice thing to do...
