A great gym easily accessible by public transportation. It is quite big so it's never a problem to find a good spot to exercise even in the busy hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. One can use their Multisport card there which is a great advantage. The premises are always clean and disinfected, also there's disinfectant available for the customers to use after they've finished using a particular equipment. The changing rooms are spacious and there are very clean and comfortable showers available. The gym has huge windows letting in fresh air and fans which I prefer to any kind of air conditioner. It is open long enough for me to get there in evening during weekdays but it closes earlier during the weekend which is less convenient for me as I prefer the evenings for the workouts. I've tried many other gyms but this one remains my favorite.

The gym is borderline fraudulent. They charged full price for the month they were closed, then wouldn't update the cancellation of membership information because the manager is the only one who can do it and he is not at work for days. Be very careful with them

Great gym, love the diversity of the equipment. Even though I prefer smaller gyms with less people, this one is big enough and spacious so that it never feels overcrowded. The showers could be a bit more cleaner but otherwise I recommend it.

PRO: nice staff, clean, they accepted the multi sport card ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. too warm inside! Lower the heat! 2. The benches up in the CrossFit area are in bad shape and need some love ;) 3. PLEASE INSTALL A WATER DRINKING FOUNTAIN!!!! This is an absolute MUST for any gym in the world!

The gym is super nice, however, if you have any issues with your membership that require the assistance of their staff don't expect it to be resolved. Also, whatever you do, don't sign up online. I did and there has been confusion about my first two months payments for weeks. I paid the first partial month online and the first full month in the gym (because it wasn't possible to pay both online). My online membership has never reflected the payment I made in the gym, and my membership in the gym's system has never reflected my online payment. I've spoken to several members of the front desk staff and sent no less than six emails to reception, the finance department, and a general info address with proof of both payments. The front desk staff have even sent multiple emails to the financial department with proof of payments. Weeks later, nothing has been resolved and I can't manage to get a response from anyone who can actually help me. I have to show proof of payment every time I want to workout just to get into the gym I paid for. Incredibly annoying situation that could easily be resolved. I can't imagine why there isn't a single person in the gym that can fix this.
