I do not evaluate hairdressing or other beauty services that the lady offers. I had a package from the PPL at the lady's postponed. I have a really great understanding for all transports and dispensing points, I work for one myself. But what I do not understand is the actions of this lady. I had a PAID package saved, I received SMS from PPL, no matter how much I run out of capacity for the package. Okay, I looked at the opening hours, I'll come and the lady will throw me out uncomfortably, that now she doesn't stock up, catch up and will issue after 5:00 pm I'm not very interested as a customer, but well, as I say, I understand. I arrived the next day after 5:00 pm and the lady took me inside, but again with the comment that she would be able to stock up right away, that she had the power. That really turned me on. If the lady is not catching up, I don't understand, but why does she provide a collection point? Next time, I really won't take a day off and try out when the lady will be willing to release the package. Respectively, I will no longer use PPL thanks to this and I will definitely inform them. If nothing else, everything can be said in a decent and normal tone.

Services as they should be, agree on the date and time as it suits the customer and then quickly check in.
