I don't like to make such a strict criticism, but in this case I left very dissatisfied. I will omit the subjective evaluation of the resulting haircut, which did not correspond to my ideas, but it could also be a mistake in my assignment (although I have had a similar experience only a few times and I have no problem with that in other hairdressers). What I have a major problem with are the prices, which do not correspond at all to the work done, but I take the argument that such were given in advance. The problem arises when, without being asked or simply asked, the hairdresser started to apply a gel to me, which I not only did not order, but it was also available for an additional ten crowns. I confirmed that it was not a mistake when the hairdresser reprimanded a scholar working next to me when she asked her customer if she wanted to apply varnish (for an additional fee). Her superior criticized her as unprofessional and instructed her not to ask such things and to apply them straight away. Not only does such an practice interfere with the customer's rights, but it also undermines the customer's trust in the provider, which I consider to be grossly unprofessional. There are several hairdressers in the area, in which I never came across a similar audacity during repeated visits and I was very satisfied with their services. This was true of my first and so far only visit to this hair salon, but I am very reluctant to repeat it after a bad experience. At least I would welcome instructions on how to be served based on your own requirements.

The salon may not look like much, but the ladies are very nice and helpful. Prices are average. I had a crazy idea of ​​what to do with my hair, but the lady who spent the evening with me surpassed her. It was a long evening, but everything ended perfectly. I would definitely be the owner to make the environment more pleasant for customers and employees, at least wallpaper, lights and heating. And thank you again for the beautiful green.
