Be sure not to come here when you need to remove the gel varnish! The pedicurist was nice, but unprofessional. I needed to remove the gel varnish, so I called and asked her if she could do it and she said yes, no problem. Unfortunately, I didn't know that he didn't have the proper tools for that. This should be done with a razor that rotates and gently sanding the gel varnish, painlessly and without much damage to the nail. But the lady used huge, rough files to remove it with force. The files were so big that when she sanded them, she also scratched the skin on my fingers, which hurt a lot. She did one blow and a few scratches on my fingers. She didn't even cut my nails nicely, but crookedly. She left my nails incredibly destroyed and didn't even remove all the gel varnish (there was a bit left on my nails, you can see it in the photos - the varnish was pink). I left with sore legs that still burn me. Lady, since removing gel varnish obviously doesn't do normally and doesn't have the necessary tools for it, she should have told me when I called her that she wasn't equipped for it and told me to order elsewhere. Instead, she took me and pretended to know what she was doing. So I left with my legs aching. Absolutely unprofessional. I only give two stars because the lady was nice. But it hurt my feet a lot ...
