These Mongolians are not able to register a trivial damage event, such as baggage delay, in three weeks. According to some employee at the infoline, they have to send a request from the branch to Brno and then register it in Brno at headquarters. During the physical visit to the branch I had to fill in a form, then I was told that the lady was wrong, the form took back and fill in again ... Hello, it's 2020, wake up! I contacted the infoline three times and each of their employees said something else. I asked them for a link to management, but no result. I recommend this archaic circus with IQ pumpkin personal arc if you do not lose your nerves!
