Comfort Hotel Prague City East

For this price the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms are soundproof, modern and stylish. Overall great experience. P.S. It has a tram no. 5 station right on front of the hotel so you can get to the city center in less than 20 minutes! Two big supermarkets near by and a metro station!! (my favorite)

The hotel is after renovation, which is always nice. Everything is clean and new. Good breakfast. There is a tram stop nearby. The only negative is a lot of group tourists on big buses.

I do not recommend! The hotel is cheating on guests! I booked a room at the comfort hotel through booking.com. Unfortunately, booking.com rejected my credit card and booking. So I made a reservation again this time through Hotels.com. The reservation has been accepted and paid in advance. Upon check-in, we showed the booking number from Hotels.com. The reception claimed that there was no such reservation and they told us to pay for a room that had been previously paid for. We told them that booking.com had been rejected and that the booking was paid for on Hotels.com and it was ok. The same situation awaited us during check out. I even showed the confirmation of the transfer to Hotels.com because it turned out that the receptionist had no access to the Hotels.com website, only a supervisior - scandal, and the supervisior was not at work. Despite the availability of a confirmation of payment upon returning home, the comfort hotel again charged money for the room from my credit card. He has illegally used my credit card number to steal money from my account for a paid room and now they are not responding to the email! the case has not been completed. the hotel did not reply to my messages. I did not get a refund for illegally withdrawn money from my account by hotel prague. Even though the stay was paid for by hotels.com
