Hotel Manika

For the price, this place was absolutely okay! The staff was awesome, but don't talk to the owner of the hotel! He's angry allot

Bedroom was okay but there was locked door to balcony. TV without CZ/SK programs - it's nonsense. There were more than 190 TV programs in German / Russian language only. The worst was not clean bathroom without door! The toilet is badly installed.. when you sit on toilet, it's swinging.. I am not recommend this hotel.

Although the room was big and clean, the hotel and the boss himself itself was unfriendly. Worse : there is no way to get in contact with him after 18.00h. And: - you have to check in before 18.00h, as the boss wanna go home. - normal service like a new towel a day , cost money (5 euro a day!) - no internet , you have to pay a whopping 10 euro a day. The hotel is located in a no-go area in the west of prague.

Just horrible. The check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00 (this information was not available in internet). We arrived a little bit late and they didn't want to open us. We slept in the car that night because the hotels were full. The worst was when the next day they told us that they cancelled the reservation... And we already paid three nights in advance!

It is nicely placed right beside the tramstation, the rooms a very large and clean though very warm with no aircondition. Staff is rarely present at the hotel.
