Vila Mila

Last year it was wonderful, luxury accommodation, no one disturbed us. This year we booked the apartment and when I wrote a week before the accommodation if it really is true, they replied that the reservation was not prepaid, although when I agreed to the accommodation I was told that I can pay on the spot and that day. For the next time I would appreciate the possibility of telephone communication, in the case of unclear telephone communication and not that the week before my accommodation, when I call myself, I do not have any reservation.
