I recommend! I bought a property last year and I was very satisfied with the service. Mr. Kříženecký, the owner and broker in one person, is certainly a person in his place. I live abroad and therefore I had to be a "more complex" client, but still everything went very smoothly. Very professional approach, everything was clearly explained to me from A to Z and there was no problem with anything. Definitely 5 stars for me! Thank you very much for all your time and care. When buying a property for several million, I imagine proactive communication and not a reaction until after a few e-mails and phone calls (and this is the case with other developers / real estate agencies). When you request a basic revision of contracts based on a recommendation from a lawyer, there is suddenly a problem, you are probably a troublemaker and your apartment is sold after a few weeks of silence. No one informed me in advance or out of decency, and I didn't find out until the next phone call. Not to mention the administrative fee of CZK 25,000, if you arrange the mortgage yourself (in other offices they looked at me in shock when I asked them about a similar fee, of course they didn't have one). I eventually bought the property elsewhere.

It looks like a professional service at the beginning. But the lever when after the meeting we are interested in buying an apartment, nobody takes the phone, does not answer, does not call back for about 3 weeks. Super professional service, I recommend to everyone !!! In addition, there are hidden fees: it forces you to arrange a loan at the bank only through its mortgage broker, otherwise it will raise the final price by 25,000.

The owner of the office is a broker in the right place. He has a professional approach, is very helpful and empathetic. For brokering the purchase, sale and rental of real estate, I recommend this office.
