Byty Malešice

Seems like the reviews are written by those who don't live there. I do. And the project is very cool! Great transport location, many stores around, 2 parks, spacious green areas around, lots of playgrounds, schools and preschools, cozy cafes and restaurants... Yes, it's a bit overpriced but it looks very different from all other Prague projects and it worth that! Just go there and see it!

Horrible! They didn´t respect the original and old Malesice. It is too much in the small place and to high. I do apologize that we do not have nice view from the widow anymore.

I really like the houses of the ByTy Malešice 2 development project. On the one hand, they remind me of the atmosphere of a housing estate in Barcelona where I spent my holiday, and when I compare it to those gray socialist hutches that stand along Počernická Street east of ByTa Malešice 2, there is nothing to solve.
