Tavis - Sewing Machines - Sales, repairs in flats

Small repair shop with great service. After they have repaired my 50 years old sewing machine it works as a new one.

Not only did the repair take an incredibly long time - seven weeks, there was also a very bad agreement with the repairman and considerably unprofessional dealings on his part. First I called the branch for how long they were able to repair the machine, I was told that 3 weeks. On the spot, however, the gentleman (without warning) wrote me a receipt stating six weeks. On the day I had to pick up the machine, I called the repair shop in advance when I was sure to pick up the machine (because the opening hours on the Internet did not match the real opening hours). I was told that the repairman was not catching up and that he did not know if my machine was repaired, that he would call me back. That didn't happen again. The next working day I called but no one answered the phone. I called again the next day, no one answered my phone repeatedly. Then, when the repairman finally called me back, he told me that he could not find my sewing machine and at the same time told me that he had lost the order receipt. It also turned out that he had not touched the machine at all for more than six weeks. The next day he called me again, saying that someone must have stolen the sewing machine from the workshop. Therefore, I went to solve the whole situation in person. Fortunately, I found the sewing machine - it was in exactly the same place where I put it when it was handed over (!) And I was determined to put it in another repair shop, the master convinced me that he would be able to repair it by the next day, which infuriated me even more. I don't know why I had to wait almost seven weeks for a repair when it took one day. Subsequently, I asked for a discount for complications and delays. I was told that I was not entitled to it, because there is no time for a week and that the machine was not lost at all. The actions of the repairman were, in my opinion, completely unprofessional, the repair took an unnecessarily long time, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There is a notice on the website about the reduction of working hours from 9:30 to 16:00 and information that the machines are being accepted for repair. There is a faded sign on the door that due to illness it is open from 10:00 to 14:00 and the machines are not accepted for repair. At 10:15, however, the store is closed (it seems that for a long time) and no one answers the phone. It would be appropriate to unify the information on the website and the door and, if possible, open it to customers.
