Sovkov hostel, but usually all places are occupied, mostly by visiting workers. The benefits include a kitchen and a bathroom on each floor and a more or less acceptable wifi. The administrator is friendly and responsible. Cheap and angry. I recommend.

A clean and peaceful place near a center and a lovely park.

I have no idea what it is inside, but the view of the house doesn't attract much. Perhaps I am wrong and the interior of the hostel can be pleasantly surprised.
