Just rude. In addition to that also very long waiting times for no particular reason, unwillingness to provide any information and on top of unprofessional... Seems like they have this attitude of "you want something from us and we have the power. Be silent and be grateful for whatever your betters are giving you"... Some places understand themselves as service providers. And some - such as this one - do not.
I was looking for GP and came across to this site. The doctor , who is Russian speaker btw, not Czech native , is charging patients to communicate with them in HER NATIVE LANGUAGE. I guess it explain well her poor professionalism. To make money as much as possible from desperate clients who doesn’t speak Czech yet is on priority. Never go there. 500 CZK for 15 mins. !!!! Shame on You Mrs Anisimova. Sorry I can’t put the title Mudr close to your name it doesn’t go together.
I came to this ambulance first time. I speak Czech with mistakes. I tried to explaine my problem. In the middle of our dialogue with receptionist I asked if he knows English. And the other receptionist arogant girl answered instead him:" Musite mluvit Česky". I told that I dont know a few words and would like to add just a few words in English. I explained that nobody will die if I tell a few words another language.
I have VZP card. I pay taxes the same as Czechs however this girl made me feel like a second-class person. I came to them with hormon's issue. I explaned my situations. But after visit I came home and cried.
After meeting such persons there isn't desire to improve my Czech language.
I cant reccomended this ambulalance as good service unfortunately. My friends have the same opinion.
Absolutely catastrophic approach to clients, some professional, human and helpful approach can be completely forgotten. Clients are only an item for which this monstrous organization will receive a lot of money from the insurance company. If you need help, it's faster to study medicine. Employee turnover is so high that you don't run into the same person twice and someone who is at least a little oriented, all the more so. If you complain, which happened in my case, no one even bothered to read your comment properly, let alone deal with it. In the end, it turns out that it is a mistake on your part that you did not find yourself somewhere with real professionals enough to know more than the local "experts", and as a bonus, they will laugh at you. I would write in conclusion that I am leaving with thanks, but there is really nothing to thank here.
I have been going to My Ambulance for about 5 years. I always went to a different doctor, but I was always satisfied with both the approach and the pleasant behavior, so I did not think about changing the practice. I don't know if it's always a coincidence that I'll never catch the same doctor, I always have another one, or they just take turns there so badly after half a year, for example, that I don't know them at all. Now I went to Mudr for the first time. Anisim! I have never met such an unpleasant doctor. Annoyed, bored, extremely unpleasant, she won't look at you in any way, you have the feeling that you have to convince her that you are really not well and you don't think that you are not simulating. You try to be nice to her, to thank her, to talk, nothing works! BRRRR! I don't know if he practices this approach to Russian-speaking patients or only to Czech. Just never again and I'm thinking of going elsewhere. I'm not in the mood to meet such an unpleasant doctor when you're not feeling well! The nurses and healthy brothers are willing, pleasant, I just don't understand why the same staff can't stand there for at least a month, it was really nice there before.
