I've never seen anything like it. The company was recommended by a friend who was actually very satisfied (the repair was about 3 years ago) I have made an appointment to inspect the vehicle and get a cost estimate. I went to Znojmo for this. The boss named a price, I got on it without negotiating the price because the offer was ok for me. Then a few weeks later I take the car to the paint shop (appointment made beforehand). First of all, I am suddenly told that the company cannot give a guarantee on the work, on my objection that there is no point in leaving the car there, we agree on a guarantee and I agree to more than was agreed To pay, the main thing is that it is done really well. It was agreed that the car would be ready after 10 days. After 2 weeks I carefully asked when it was ready, I was told that they hadn't even started yet. The whole thing was repeated several times until I said after 6 weeks that if it wasn't ready in 2.5 weeks, I would pick it up again (I would have agreed to a total repair time of 8.5 weeks even though 10 days were agreed were !!!!!!!) Then the boss says that it will not work out because he currently has no time for it. Nothing like this has happened to me in my entire life. This is characteristically under any criticism and completely incomprehensible to me. I neither tried to push the price down (on the contrary, I offered to pay more because I really wanted a good job), nor did I put pressure on time. The car stood there for exactly 7 weeks and nothing happened except that the paint on the side wall was sanded off to see how well / badly the Auro was repaired beforehand. And so actually more damaged than before, I then picked it up again. Absolutely last class from start to finish. I drove there and back 3 times in total (that's 800 km !!!! because I also needed someone to take me there or pick me up) and all for free and there was not even an apology. The boss wasn't even ready to give me the key to my car personally, he wanted to leave it somewhere at a gas station in Znajm. So my conclusion, I will never go there again and I can only advise against anyone who wants to be treated respectfully and seriously and who needs his car. The only thing it would be good for when you want to park your car there for a long time. Because nothing happens there! So at least it will definitely not be fixed ...

Very good paint shop at great prices! My Opel Karl had a parking damage and the repair would have cost 3000 € directly at Opel. At Roubal I paid € 380 and you can see no difference despite the metallic paint. Friendly and motivated staff and the times are kept on time! Would love to come back !!
