Winery Pavel Bičian

Positives: Mr. Bičian was very kind and allowed us a very late arrival to the accommodation. Unfortunately, this ends the list of positives. Negative: Bathroom - hair from (probably) previous tenants. Shower and sink dirty and splashed from dried water. Mirror dirty. Cobwebs and crawling spiders everywhere. Living area with kitchenette - no fridge, splashing from the water, the floor probably not even swept. In the window cobwebs with live and dead spiders. Cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and in a lamp on the bedside table. The sheet torn through and through, which is not such a problem, as a "cloud" of dust rose when changing and then tapping the duvet. Communication - during the morning phone call with the owner, we were told that his mother was cleaning up and that he was not checking it, but that he was willing to send his mother there again. We did not receive any regrets or anything else. We left the accommodation, left part of the fee for an overnight stay and asked the owner for a meeting where I would clarify everything. We were then informed by telephone that we had used the service, that he expected the full amount for the service and that we should put it behind us, so unfortunately I could not personally explain the reasons for our significant dissatisfaction. Not a small attempt to understand our complaint, express regret, or any other emotion. The owner was completely apathetic and indifferent to our complaints. If it was accommodation for a few hundred crowns per night, there would be no reason to complain about the state of order, but given that the price per night 1500 CZK can be compared with hotel fees, where no one would allow a similar situation, there is nothing left but to complain publicly about this accommodation and definitely not to recommend using its services.

The stay was just amazing !! Great wine, wonderfully human and relaxed approach of the owner and his whole family. We had a wonderful time and thank you very much for that :-)

Perfect vinarstvi, great agreement including accommodation. We had an event with colleagues from work in March 2019 and we were fully satisfied. Photos I can not fully present, so I add from the tour of Znojmo.
