Wish I could give less than one star. The two women running this "convenience" shop in the morning were beyond incompetent. It took 15 minutes to order a cup of coffee, as the woman behind the Viva Coffee counter was far too busy restocking the cups to serve us. I then made the mistake of attempting to buy a bottle of water from the woman who works the regular cash desk. She was absolutely ineffective at running the register for something we often call a "convenience" store. She was completely confused and flustered and was seemingly unable to accept the cash payment for fuel from the guy in front of me. It was very important to her (not to him) that she provide him with some sort of fuel purchase promotion, a "Spongebob" cup, which he was clearly not interested in owning. I sent my husband to the counter for a second round of trying to buy a "simple" the bottle of water after giving up myself. Unfortunately, he had a similar experience with this woman, who was hemming and hawing around over a one crown overage someone gave her. She pecked around behind the counter like a hen, arguing and struggling with the customer ahead of him, too. We finally gave up. I then went to get a lid for my coffee, so I could take it on the bus. Nope. The woman behind the coffee counter couldn't handle that request, either. Shaking our heads in disbelief, we left this completely chaotic and mismanaged oxymoron for a "convenience store" and headed for the bus, which these two "attendants" almost made us miss. In fact, we both ended up throwing away our coffee almost immediately in order to board the bus, since we didn't have lids for them. Therefore, we didn't get to even drink our coffee, thus wasting 150 kc, and unfortunately enduring a frustrating start to our day. Never again, OMV.
