Unbelievable arrogance. Instead the problem was solved (cracked head security screw) and I got a lecture as well on him * that people change the wheel themselves at home. I eventually went to the Wet TASY where I am (My God thanks for that) came to the professional approach and the screw I had with all the trimmings released within five minutes.
