.Very unpleasant and unprofessional service. 8.2. 21 I refueled here because there was a snow disaster, the car was all from salt incl. windows - a reduced view. That's why I wanted to use a classic bucket with a squeegee, which are common even with the last pump in a collective farm - but not so with the local Shell. Well, at least they had a watering can with water, so I rinsed the windshield with water. For this, however, I received a "handle" from the lady from the staff, that the watering can is not for watering the glass. When I asked about the bucket, they quickly replied that there were no buckets. So what is valid is that Shell builds its image through various advertising actions, when the whole effort is irritated by such people who can perfectly poison customers. So I will never stop here again, fortunately there is a wide range of other pumps where they respect the customer.

WC out of operation ???? The attendant sent me to the gas station opposite. I'm sorry, but does the staff go to the toilet across the street? Two ladies from this morning should study at the ŘSD that gas stations must not have closed toilets and must not deny a person to perform one of the basic, and at the same time important physiological need. Nowhere abroad can they afford this. Next time, I'll do my job right in front of the counter. Have a nice day.
